Ms. Angela Gartner Visits Alokito Shishu Project
Ms. Angela Gartner, Representative of Caritas Germany, visited the Alokito Shishu Project in Rajshahi and Dhaka Regions on May 4–5 and 7, 2025, during her Bangladesh trip from April 28 to May 8.
In Rajshahi, she interacted with Child Club, Community Vigilance, and Child Protection Committees, followed by a reflection meeting with government officials and stakeholders, focusing on child rights and protection.
In Dhaka, she attended another reflection meeting on improving the lives of street-connected children and met the project team for updates.
She was joined by Caritas officials including Mr. Daud Jibon Das, Mr. Arook Toppo, Mr. Shwrab Rozario, Ms. Lee Macqueen, and Ms. Kusum Gregory.
